I'm a social practice artist creating immersive experiences that blend technology, social commentary, and spirituality. My work emerges from a deep conviction that art creates pathways to reclaiming agency, particularly for those who have suffered spiritual abuse. Having navigated my own religious deconstruction and reconstruction, I bring a trauma-informed approach to both my art and my training as a chaplain.
A self-described bible thumping humanist, I'm currently pursuing an M.Div. with a concentration in Chaplaincy Studies at Chicago Theological Seminary alongside an MA in Art & Technology at the University of Oklahoma. My projects span immersive audio installations, generative art, and community-based work that fosters interfaith dialogue and collective healing.
I live in Durham, North Carolina, where I work as Development Marketing Specialist at Duke University Chapel and contribute to "say the thing," a project helping people develop moral imagination and agency through new canons of sacred texts created by modern prophets. I love coffee, my partner Beca who supports, encourages, and loves me better than I have ever known, metal shows, playing drums, and volunteering with Day One Relief.
